Mini wireless self-powered switch new design is coming!

The mini self-powered switch has always been a relatively new design for our company, and we came up with many ideas when it was first introduced. For this product we have always been very important, today we will introduce the PS2 which we have innovated based on PS1.

There are wireless kinetic products on the market, which is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for wireless kinetic switch manufacturers, A variety of kinetic products appear, want to stand out from it, you have to put more effort. So we designed the unique FOB series of mini self-powered switches, the original version was not what you see now, exactly, it was a real mini switch, just a mini switch molding. Because of its exquisite shape, users will hang it on the keychain or put it in a pocket to use, but in the process of use, this combination of switch design is particularly easy to accidentally touch, which in the use of the process brings a lot of trouble, so we have redesigned the product. 

The concept of the mini is very innovative yes, but it also tests our skills and design even more. Under strict screening, we have decided to use the softness silicone as the shell of the switch from ten kinds of materials, and the switch still adopts the rebound type, for the problem of false touch, we chose to change the button. This time we put the key directly on the front quarter of the switch. This design perfectly solves the problem of mids-touching, and even the feel of the switch has been upgraded by a few levels. 

With the new release, this product is still selling a fair amount, along with ushering in a new demand. Immediately after we completed the design of the PS1, we developed the idea of a two-button mini switch for everyday life. But the arrangement of the keys is an issue that requires careful thinking. Regarding the key arrangement, we designed two options: one is to add a key directly next to the original one key and use it side by side; the other is to add a key underneath the one key. Both options have their own advantages and disadvantages. Option 1, in terms of appearance is very harmonized and beautiful, do not have to change the internal structure too much, which is efficient for us, but we consider that the keys side by side will affect the use of the dare, two keys position too close to the likely to produce a false touch. Option 2, although the appearance may produce a sense of incongruity, but the key arrangement does not conflict, but this would require overturning our initial engineering design, the change is too large. So we took the advantages of both and launched our new look, which is the one you see now.
